Guarantee
IT IS OUR INTENTION TO PROVIDE OUR CUSTOMERS WITH THE BEST QUALITY PRODUCTS FOR DISCOUNT PRICES IN ORDER TO CREATE A SATISFIED CLIENTELLE THAT WILL EAGERLY RETURN TO US TO MEET ALL SHOPPING NEEDS THAT THE MERCHANDISE WE OFFER CAN PROVIDE. IN GENERAL, ALL WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES EXIST DIRECTLY BETWEEN THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURER(S) AND OUR CUSTOMERS, EXCEPT THAT WHEN WE HAVE SOLD OUR CUSTOMER AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR A PRODUCT [SUCH AS, FOR EXAMPLE, A MACK WARRANTY FOR A DIGITAL CAMERA] THEN, IN SUCH EVENT, OUR CUSTOMER HAS ADDITIONAL WARRANTY COVERAGE(S) SPECIFIED THEREIN - AGAIN, DIRECTLY BETWEEN THE WARRANTY PROVIDER [E.G. MACK CAMERA WARRANTY COMPANY] AND OUR CUSTOMER. However, we do guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will provide an exchange of such defective product, not including any cost to Seller for return shipping, and excluding any damage for which the shipper is responsible; PROVIDED, HOWVER, that 1). this guarantee does not apply to buyer if buyer does not promptly open, inspect and test the products received by buyer and 2). IN ANY EVENT(S) WHATSOEVER, THIS GUARANTEE SHALL BE VOID, AND OF NO FORCE OR EFFECT WHATSOEVER, IF BUYER DOES NOT PROVIDE ACTUAL, SPECIFIC NOTIFICATION TO SELLER WITHIN 72 HOURS OF BUYER'S RECEIPT [ACTUAL OR CONSTRUCTIVE] OF SUCH DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S), and after immediate application for - and buyer's receipt of - a Return Merchandise Authorization [an "RMA"] from Seller, then Buyer shall return product original shipping container/boxes with all manuals, cards, and all other contents in their new condition and manufacturer's packaging - as product was received by Buyer. AFTER SAID 72-HOUR PERIOD, buyer's sole rights hereunder shall be to look to the manufacturer's warranty, if any, and any extended warranty, if any, which Buyer may have purchased from Seller with such defective product [an extended warranty only becomes active upon the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty, except that some 5-year digital camera MACK WARRANTIES are effective immediately upon customer's purchase of the merchandise]. Nothing herein limits or diminishes our customer's basic Warranty and/or Guaranty, which is that which exists directly between our customer and the product manufacturer, if any, plus any extended warranty [e.g. a Mack Digital Camera Warranty], if any, which our customer may have purchased coincident with a purchase by customer of a digital camera. Mack Warranties and/or Mack service contracts cannot be returned or refunded. PLEASE CONTACT US IN ADVANCE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS. The costs and expenses, whether direct and/or indirect, from errors in choice by our customers resulting in product incompatibility are borne solely by the purchaser thereof. If you have not opened, damaged or disturbed the product packaging or used the product in any way, contact us to see if we (in our sole, absolute and conclusive discretion) feel that we may be able to consider either a product exchange or a credit; if so, purchaser will bear all costs of shipping to and/or from purchaser address.
