Return Policy
SAFE. HONEST. TRUSTWORTHY. Quality Digital Camera Products Mack Warranties and/or Mack service contracts cannot be returned or refunded. GENERALLY, THE ONLY WARRANTIES MADE REGARDING MERCHANDISE SOLD BY QUALITY DIGITAL CAMERA PRODUCTS ARE THOSE MADE BY THE MANUFACTURER OF EACH PRODUCT. HOWEVER, IF YOU DISCOVER THAT AN ITEM IS DEFECTIVE WITHIN 72 HOURS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF SUCH ITEM, AS SHOWN BY THE SHIPPER'S DELIVERY RECORDS, THEN, PROVIDED THAT YOU CLEARLY NOTIFY US BY EMAIL AT RSW1@SHENTEL.NET PRIOR TO THE EXPIRATION OF SUCH 72-HOUR PERIOD, THEN, IN SUCH EVENT, YOU WILL BE ISSUED A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION ["RMA"] NUMBER, WHICH EXPIRES IF YOU HAVE NOT SHIPPED THE PRODUCT(S) WITHIN THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE RMA, TIME BEING OF THE ESSENCE. UPON ISSUANCE OF THE RMA, YOU MUST SHIP THE DEFECTIVE ITEM WITHIN THREE (3)BUSINESS DAYS WITH ALL ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING, INCLUDED PARTS, MANUALS, WARRANTY CARD STILL BLANK, ETC. IN EXCELLENT CONDITION SO THAT THE MANUFACTURER WILL ACCEPT THE ITEM BACK FROM US AS A DEFECTIVE RETURN. PLEASE NOTE WELL THAT: 1. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ITEM FROM A SHIPPER THAT DOES NOT HAVE THE RMA CLEARLY WRITTEN OR TYPED ON THE SHIPPING LABEL, PLUS ON AT LEAST TWO (2) SIDES OF THE BOX!; and 2. WE CANNOT BE RESONSIBLE FOR ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING; and 3. THE RETURNED ITEMS WILL BE TESTED AND, IF NOT FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE, WILL BE RETURNED TO BUYER AT BUYER'S SOLE COST AND EXPENSE! Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip, with the defect clearly described and explained in detail. You may want to insure your return, AND WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND USING A TYPE OF POSTAL OR PRIVATE SHIPPING METHOD WHICH ALLOWS FOR TRACKING, since we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit or debit card, and we find it to be defective, then a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement as soon as we are able, unless you prefer to have the item replaced, in which event there will be no shipping/handling/insurance charges for the insured shipment of the replacement item from Seller's business location to Buyer's address; and, likewise, if you did not pay with a credit/debit card and you are entitled to a refund [according to the terms stated herein], but paid with money order or by check, then we shall send the appropriate refund by check within eight [8] business days to the billing address that you have provided us with at the time of payment. Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your return. In general, though, ONLY AFTER OBTAINING AN RMA NUMBER [ALL AS STATED ABOVE] you may return merchandise to: QUALITY DIGITAL CAMERA PRODUCTS, 363 FAIRVIEW CIRCLE, WOODSTOCK, VA 22664-3029 - OR to such alternate location as specified by us when you obtain your RMA.
