Mack 5 Year Digital Camera Warranty Costing between $500 and $1000 $65.95 + Mailing

Don't let your digital camera become DISPOSABLE in the event that it develops problems after a manufacturer's relatively SHORT warranty coverage!  Protect your investment with an ADDITIONAL 4 YEARS of Warranty coverage (assumes a manufacturer's 1-year warranty, but our 5-year warranties all begin upon the purchase of your new or refurbished camera, so if your manufacturer's warranty is 90 days, then it would extend it for 4 years and 9 months, i.e. 5 years minus 90 days).   Commencement of Coverage:  MACK CAMERA 3-Year Extended Warranties (UNLIKE THIS warranty) are EXTENDED warranties and begin their 3-year coverage term upon the expiration of your camera manufacturer's warranty; on the other hand, however, our MACK CAMERA 5-Year Extended Warranties (like THIS warranty)  begin their 5-year coverage term upon the purchase of the camera.

For ANY BRAND (New or Refurbished) OF STILL DIGITAL Camera priced between $500 and $1,000 your warranty includes the following:

 The equipment registered below is warranted to operate properly according to manufacturer's specifications for a period of Five (5) years from the date of your purchase of the camera or we shall repair same to operate properly.

In the event that this equipment requires any repairs or service it must be delivered post paid with warranty #, the owner's name and address, proof of purchase and description of difficulties encountered to Mack Camera & Video Service, 200 Morris Ave., Springfield, N.J. 07081 with a check for $15.00 for shipping and handling in the continental U.S. (cost subject for overseas shipping to be determined) or Call (973) 467-2291 or 800-252-MACK (outside of N.J) for a U.P.S. The equipment will be restored to proper operating condition at no charge to you (this includes all warranted parts and labor.) Such service, repair or adjustment of the equipment is assured the original purchaser only, and does not cover equipment that has been misused, tampered with, modified or damaged as a result of accident, liquid, grit, impact or lack of proper care as indicated in the manual of operations. This limited warranty is transferable for a $15.00 administrative fee. Mack Camera & Video Service reserves the right to terminate warranty contracts if invoices are not paid according to terms, and not valid until after receipt of payment from dealer.

This limited warranty applies only to the product specified herein.

Accessories not covered: flashes, batteries, power adapter, digital media, software, LCD (non-Manufacture defects), interchangeable lenses, and additional accessories, other expenses or consequential damages. This limited warranty is transferable on listed equipment for a $20.00 fee.
Retain this portion of our contract, it is your proof of ownership. You will be required to present it for service. 

A Mack Worldwide Extended Warranty must be purchased within the first 30 days of the purchase of your equipment. If you should require service under your warranty plan, your will be required to provide a dated proof of purchase for your equipment, the extended warranty, and your warranty registration number.
