Shipping Information 
Our Cart system will enable you to calculate your complete shipping charges BEFORE you checkout. Simply add your item(s) into your Cart through the "Add To Shopping Cart" button in the upper-right corner of each in-stock product's page. When you have finished your shopping and you are ready to check out, click the "View Cart" button just beneath the "Add To Shopping Cart" button, then make any last-minute modifications and click the "Update" button if you have deleted any items or increased the number of any products, and simply continue by pressing the "Checkout" button. 
This brings you to the "Ship To Location" page where you need to let us know WHERE you are located (City, State and Zip Code) so that our system can calculate your shipping location, your shipping options and the cost of each option.
You will see the shipping options, and the cost of each option, before you are asked for any personal information whatsoever.
Shipping Charges. We designed our online store to enable you to browse and shop in a very non-committed, no-barriers fashion, while knowing all the costs associated with your prospective purchase - including shipping charges. That's why our SmartCart™ Shopping Cart system automatically calculates and displays the shipping charge each time you add or remove items. That's also why we don't ask for your personal account information until after you've created a shopping cart, and you've clicked on the 'Check Out' button.
You'll Be Informed. We deliver your order in the shortest time possible - AFTER your credit card, PayPal or other payment has cleared and your order has completed security and other NECESSARY processing - and then you will be able to keep informed of its progress (ASSUMING that your shipment method includes Tracking, that-is). Within minutes of receiving your order, you will receive an email message confirming our receipt of your order. How will you know when your order has shipped out? Assuming that you can receive our emails
WHICH CAN BE ESSENTIAL, especially if any question arises where we prefer to email you, rather than to telephone you - then you will receive an email from us which - when opened - simply appears to be a "PURCHASE RECEIPT"; HOWEVER, if you will just page down near the bottom, you will see that your Tracking Number and method of shipment is also included in the form of a link which, when double-clicked, should open a new browser window and look up your package's Tracking information. With this system, you can track your package right to your door! Whenever you wish to check your package's location, simply open that email and double-click the live link for an update.
A special note to users of SPAM filters and AOL and Earthlink e-mail users: Our order and shipping confirmation e-mails will be headed your way. Please take a moment and enable your e-mail to accept e-mails from rsw1@shentel.net and from srw1@shentel.net, as these are our primary means of communicating your order's status changes to you. Usually this can be accomplished by adding those 2 email address to your address book.
