AN IMPORTANT NOTE TO OUR IMPORTANT CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

     1. All amounts on this website are in U.S. Dollars.

     2. We are unable to ship from zip code 22664 in Virginia to Canada for the same amount that we can ship within the continental, "lower 48" states.

     3. Therfore, Canadian shipment MUST be by 2nd Day UPS or Overnight, at your discretion.  As you can see from the situation, we are NOT trying to make profit by adding charges to your shipment.  The shipping charges are approximate, so sometimes we pick up a little, sometimes we lose a bit.  Lately we have lost quite a bit on shipping in general.

     4. PLEASE NOTE WELL that:

         A). although MOST Canadian banks DO interface with our credit card security gateway, some of the largest, most well-established Canadian banks and financial institutions DO NOT!  This has been a serious source of frustration to us, perhaps especially because if this should happen to you, your error message will falsely notify you that it is because of an AVS (address verification system) problem!  and,

         B). if this happens to you, we suggest that you carefully make a 2nd attempt, being certain to use a shiping address that is known of, and approved by, your credit card's issuing bank as a valid "ship-to" address [i.e., just use the address that your credit card sends your bill to, and try to use the same abbreviations, etc., that your credit card company uses for your address]. 

IF THIS FAILS TO WORK, WE CAN ONLY SUGGEST 2 OTHER POSSIBLE ALTERNATIVES: 

• 1. The 1st, and best by FAR, is to try one or more additional credit cards (if you have that option).
